Prometeus is the first SaaS-based BI solution tool that does not require prior technical knowledge. It was launched in 2018 with a mission to push affordable business intelligence solutions for any small or medium businesses and make work a place that works for everyone.

The company commissioned us to create a brand identity that felt young and innovative, yet trustworthy, and reflected connectivity, technology and dynamism while conveying its accessible personality. This is captured in the brand line “Natural intelligence”, a statement that hints at the human aspect of the AI-powered software, and in the friendly roundness of the Circular LL (designed by Laurenz Brunner for Lineto) and Aperçu (designed by Colophon Foundry) typefaces, a typographical choice that moves away from tech clichés. 

The identity of Prometeus is built around the concept of connectivity. The colorful lines that form the symbol and other graphic assets are based on the ideas of network and synapse. The brand’s primary colors are white and deep blue, accented by an upbeat secondary color palette.

The brand launch video highlights Prometeus as a BI tool that empowers people to achieve extraordinary work with autonomy and agility. Its messaging is simple, straightforward and easy to follow, just like the software.
